To upgrade the overall professional capability of employees and strengthen the technical foundation for hydropower equipment business, Engineer Qi organized a special training for all staff. Following the practical learning philosophy of learning by doing, the team shared experience and sorted out difficulties based on real project cases. We closely integrate theoretical knowledge with on-site work to help employees make up for capability gaps, improve technical service and project execution, and build a highly professional team.

In terms of order delivery, to keep clients’ projects on schedule, General Manager Yang oversees the whole shipment process. He coordinates equipment inspection, packaging, logistics liaison and document verification. Strict quality control is implemented at every shipment stage to meet delivery deadlines, ensuring equipment arrives intact and on time. We strive to fulfill commitments and maintain sound partnerships with customers.

Construction of the new factory is also in full swing. To upgrade production facilities and expand capacity, the general manager travelled to Liaoning for procurement of core production equipment. He conducted on-site investigations and selected suitable machinery to improve the processing supporting conditions of the new base. This lays a solid foundation for scaling up hydropower equipment manufacturing and undertaking more orders at home and abroad.
