Our company was entrusted by an Afghan customer to consult and negotiate about shield tunneling machines in China, so we visited relevant shield tunneling machine factories in China. The shield tunneling machine required by the customer is 6 meters in diameter and will be used for excavating the pressure water channel tunnel supporting our upcoming hydro power station project. The shield tunneling machine has the advantages of saving manpower, improving operation efficiency, shortening construction period, and safe and reliable operation. However, the entire equipment production cycle is slow and the project cost is high. Therefore, our company is also actively helping the customer to find a more balanced and perfect solution for tunnel excavation.
