A 50,00kva main transformer sent to our hydropower project in Nepal is in transit.

SHANDONG MAX HYDRO POWER signed this order in November 2022 to provide a complete set of hydropower equipment for HOWA KHOLA, a 14.9MW hydropower station project with a water head of 221 meters and a water flow of 8.12m3/s, from the mechanical part, turbine generator, to power transmission and transformation manufacturing, installation and commissioning of the entire set of equipment including electrical control and protection. This is already the third of shipments of this project.

Because the project is located in the deep mountains on the Nepal-India border, the roads are rugged and muddy and difficult to navigate. The roads in many places have not been repaired and are isolated from the world. As regard Shandong Max Hydro Power has successfully built multiple hydropower projects in Nepal before, it has accumulated rich on-site experience, so overcoming difficulties and temporarily setting up on site, paving the way for hydropower equipment to successfully arrive at the project site.
