The design water head is 80 meters. Due to the location of the unit plant, it is damp and cold, and the slope of the maintenance passage is steep .

It is harsh for the daily maintenance conditions of the power station operators , and the risk factor is high. After completion in 2015, the overall power plant is in low-efficiency operation.In 2017, the owner entrusted our company to carry out the automatic transformation of the separation of control and production. Within 20 days, the brand-new control screen and speed governor were replaced, the remote optical fiber control line and communication module were added, the control terminal program was upgraded, and after commissioning and commissioning, it fully met the owner's design requirements. As of April 2020, the safe operation of more than 1100 days, it was fully affirmed by the owner.

After the power plant was put into operation, it attracted special attention in the local hydropower industry association.The local management department promoted the power plant as a formwork project, and then our company undertook the modernization of more than 20 hydropower stations locally.

 Advantages of separation of generation and control of hydropower stations

1 The unit is completely separated from the control room, which is more conducive to the site selection of the power plant room, reducing the area of the machine room, and improving the utilization rate of the plant.

2 The power plant can be closed to reduce the hazards of moths and other insects, improve the cleanliness of the plant, and reduce the impact of secondary disasters on the operation of the unit.

3 The working noise of the unit has no impact on the operators of the power station, the working environment is comfortable, the degree of automation of the unit is high, and the efficiency of the operators is improved.
